Alexi Ivanov (born Mihail Kogălniceanu, Tulcea, Romania, October 22, 1922 - died Sofia, June 9, 1997) was a Bulgarian politician. He served as the Deputy Chairman of Council of Ministers, Chairman of the Council for Agriculture and Forestry Economy - member of the Council of Ministers and Minister of agriculture and forestry in the government of Georgi Atanasov, from March 24, 1986 until December 19, 1988 and Deputy chairman of Bulgarian agrarian people's union from December 1, 1976 until December 2, 1989. [1] An economist by trade, he also served in the Bulgarian parliament.
